How do I prepare for the shoot? What should I wear?

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a preparation guide via email — it covers what to wear, what to expect, and how to feel confident & ready on the day. You can bring up to 3 outfit options. Solid colours work best, and it’s good to avoid busy patterns or logos. We’ll help you choose what works best on camera and suits the look you’re going for.

Is hair and makeup included?

No — we recommend arriving camera-ready. Light, natural makeup is ideal (if needed), and the goal is a clean, professional look that still feels like you.

How does photo selection work?

Within 48 hours after your session, you’ll receive a private proof gallery with all the best shots. You’ll then choose your favourite 6 images — with the option to add more if you like.

When will I receive my final photos?

Once you’ve selected your favourites, your edited images will be delivered within 7 days via a private download link.

Can I purchase additional images?

Yes — additional edited images are available for purchase (at $50 each) after you view your proof gallery. You can choose as many extras as you like.

Do you provide RAW/unedited images?

We focus on delivering polished, casting-ready edits — however, unedited files can be made available upon request for an additional fee of $40 each.

Can I cancel my session? What if I'm late or don't show up?

You can cancel up to 4 days before your session for a full refund. After that, cancellations are non-refundable as sessions are tightly scheduled. If you arrive late, we’ll still do our best to get you great shots within the remaining time. No-shows are non-refundable.

I’ve never done a headshot session before — is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Most of our clients are early in their acting journey or updating their first professional headshots. You’ll be directed through poses, so you never feel unsure of what to do in front of the camera.
